Lifetime guarantee
USB Universe strives to provide products of the highest standard in order to keep our customers satisfied.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What is covered
The Lifetime Guarantee applies to our cables. We provide complete product replacement for defects where the cable no longer operates as advertised. We do not cover defects sustained through abuse, negligence or if the cable was not used as intended.
Claiming the warranty
To initiate a claim, please contact us at usbuniversestore@gmail.com or via the contact page. We will require proof of purchase and require you to return the cable. Photos of the defective cable may suffice in certain circumstances. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
If the cable is not working as advertised, we will replace and ship it to you at no cost. Where an identical item is unavailable, we will replace the defective cable with the nearest equivalent or refund the original purchase price. Regular post is covered under this policy.
Warranty period
This warranty operates for the lifetime of the purchase.
